Nicole Youngblood

Bio

Nicole Youngblood serves as an Extension Agent with Johnston County Cooperative Extension focusing on agriculture marketing and communications. She was an active member of the FFA, starting out as the chartering president of the McGee’s Crossroads Middle FFA Chapter and continued through her college years when she obtained the highest degree of the organization, The American FFA Degree. Nicole graduated from North Carolina State University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Plant and Soil Sciences concentrating in crop production and a Minor in Agriculture Leadership. While Nicole was a student at NC State, she served as a crop intern with Extension in Johnston County in the Summer of 2015. Before joining the NC Cooperative Extension Service, she gained valuable knowledge in the NC State College of Agriculture and Life Sciences Advancement Office & the NC Agricultural Foundation as well as the NC Farm Bureau Federation as a program specialist. She is currently enrolled in graduate school at NC State University studying Agricultural and Extension Education.
