Kim K. LeQuire
After 4 years as a social worker, Kim served as a stay-at-home wife and mom for a decade before joining her family’s farming operation in 2012. On the farm, she manages Payroll, Human Resources, Accounts Receivable, and Public Relations; oversees the Food Safety program and does a little bit of everything in between. She enjoys educating groups on how important agriculture is to our society not only for food and fiber security, but the positive effects it has on our economy. The best part about her job is working with her family every day which not only includes her parents and brother, but her sons and nephews. She also loves watching the great teamwork come together amongst employees on the farm and in the packing house.
