Kathie Kalmowitz
Bio
Dr. Kathie Kalmowitz received her master’s degree in ornamental horticulture from Clemson University and her doctorate in horticultural science from NC State. She joined American Cyanamid upon graduating in 2003, moved to BASF in 2000, and retired in 2019. Kathie is active in her community volunteering with the Interfaith Food Shuttle Farm in Raleigh and with the JC Raulston Arboretum, presently serving on the Board of Advisors as the past chair.
