Bio

Howard has a B.S. (Agricultural Economics) from NC State as well as a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University. Howard is currently a partner at Brooks Pierce where he advises clients on tax planning and litigation, general corporate work, employee benefits, and aviation matters. Howard is a past NC FFA State Officer and National FFA Officer.
