Bio
Dr. Dan Poole is an Associate Professor of Animal Science at NC State University. His research focuses on understanding how environmental and management factors impact reproduction and explores the cellular and molecular mechanisms regulating ovarian function to optimize beef and dairy cattle reproduction. Dr. Poole enjoys extending science to application through teaching about reproductive diversity across species with both undergraduate and graduate students.
