Bio

Wells has a B.S. (Agronomy) from NC State as well as a Juris Doctor from Duke University. Wells is a Partner at Nelson Mullins where he advises clients on tax aspects of acquisitions, reorganizations, and estate and gift tax planning. Wells is the chair-elect for the section of tax attorneys for the American Bar Association and will be the chair in 2022. Wells is involved with the West Rowan FFA Alumni and serves as a state and national level FFA judge.  He is also a past NC FFA State Officer.
