Bio
Rick Smith is the President of Independent Leaf Tobacco Co., Inc and continues to have farming interests in Pitt, Beaufort, and Edgecombe counties. Rick has served on many boards including the NC State Agricultural Institute Advisory Board, the NC Tobacco Foundation, and the Tobacco Association of the United States. Rick is a graduate of the Agricultural Institute at NC State University.
